What it is

The EDGY Profiler is a self-assessment tool. It helps people and teams see how their work experience connects to the Enterprise Design Facets.

The Profiler is based on simple survey-style questions. Your answers are turned into a visual profile that shows which facets you work with most, and where you have less involvement.

When to use

  • Personal reflection – to understand your own role and strengths.

  • Team workshops – to compare profiles and discuss overlaps and gaps.

  • Skill building – to explore which areas to grow.

  • Recruitment and development – to align expectations for a role.

It is useful at the start of a project, when forming a team, or when reviewing how different disciplines work together.
